Experience:
For over the past 2.5 years I have worked with both external and internal clients (team members, managers and outside business owners) and assisted them in the development of their personal and professional vision as well as EQ. We have worked closely to increase focus and execution that has lead to several breakout performances. In addition, and as a principal sales and team leader, I have a strong business acuity that is helpful to others by providing real-life examples that often times mirror my clients current situations or struggles. I participated in the Coach for Life, life-coaching program, prior to enrolling in and completing the UTD Executive Coaching Program which allows a balanced approach towards my coaching process (Personal and Business).
I've also completed Performance Consultants International Level 1 Training.
Finally I am certified in EQ assessments for individuals as well as teams and have experience coaching in this format.
Description:
In todays job market would you agree that you need an edge and advantage in order to stand out. IQ can not provide that to the extent that EQ can. It's proven that EQ is a predictor of future success. Why wouldn't you give yourself this advantage?
I support clients in advancing their careers/vision by helping them establish and identify precise goals, strategies and tactics.
I can also assist and facilitate clients through raising their levels of self-awareness and relationship management skills (EQ) which can translate into deeper relationships with others in their current position as well as allow them to stand out in the interview process and beyond. Would it make a difference if you had an EQ report attached to your resume? What would happen if you could speak directly to the 80-90% of the qualities that corporations are looking for and that are highlighted in your report?
My Philosophy:
I facilitate leadership, executive and developmental coaching to others, fostering long-term success as defined by the client. Providing a balanced and blended approach with my professional background and the mix of coaching styles I am familiar with expands the coaching process for my clients beyond one set philosophy. Bottom line is we have fun and achieve results.
