In 2009, Beth Martin was a founding member and named CEO of Parker Blake Consulting, an Atlanta based career coaching and executive recruiting firm. With over 20 years of corporate business, entrepreneurial, recruiting and career counseling expertise she has been a product of her own distinctive competencies.
Beth's business recently qualified as a Certified Women Owned Business with Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and she has partnered with a member of the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches (PARW/CC), National Résumé Writer’s Association (NRWA), and Career Directors International (CDI).
Beth received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia. She is currently obtaining her certification from the Career Coach Institute. Beth volunteers her time with local universities and other private organizations to help educate and inspire people to value free enterprise, business, and economics to improve the quality of their lives.

At Parker Blake she has been highly successful in expanding the executive talent placement and career coaching business in markets across the country. During her career, she has worked for such notable companies as Nortel Networks and Ford.
What sets Beth apart is her personable, creative talent and ahead of the industry methodologies to indentify her clients potential. Beth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Oglethorpe University, where she graduated with honors (3.65 cum laude) while working fulltime and going to school fulltime.
