Description:
I can provide individuals in career transition advice and feedback on their resume and practice in planning for and responding to interview questions. Since we have trained internal hiring managers on effective behavioral interviewing practices, I can help individuals in transition to prepare and handle themselves effectively with even the most seasoned interviewers. I also specialize in helping people gain insights on how their preferences, psychological type or behavior style might impact prospective employers, and what they might do to leverage their strengths to find the right career fit.
My Philosophy:
My mission is to improve the quality of work life for individuals and organizations. People are most likely to flourish at work when they uncover career paths that will leverage their strengths and potential and then prepare to navigate the job screening process.
