Robb is the founder and president of Strategic Leadership Coaching a Philadelphia based provider of coaching, training, and organizational development services.  He has over 14 years of experience working with people as a counselor, trainer, and coach.  His passion is helping people and organizations rise to the next level by overcoming the obstacles that keep them from succeeding.

Over the last several years Robb has been serving in various leadership roles with a large human service provider in Philadelphia. During this time he was responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and training of new departmental employees.  At the same time Robb has been involved in academic circles working as adjunct faculty in the graduate counseling program at Philadelphia Biblical University. Robb has also been a trainer for The Center for Social Policy and Community Development at Temple University.

Robb is a member of the International Coach Federation, The Christian Coaches Network, and the Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance.
