Over twenty years of working with professionals, I have focused on assisting others to reach the professional potential and personal satisfaction they deserve and need. I have worked in coaching relationships with Fortune 500 companies, local and regional companies, and individuals exploring their own transition and change. One of my strongest focus areas is in assisting others in achieving their own goals, either through a rededication to their existing work or in a transition to a new position or company that better reflects their own philosophy. I also have strong experience in wellness and health coaching, and working to help people reach their full potential. As a trusted and dedicated ally for a diverse clientele, my clients can count on my full attention and dedication in assisting them to find their life purpose and goals, and effectively reach and maintain them.

My Philosophy:

I view coaching as a powerful opportunity for both coach and client to move forward in a satisfying and professional alliance. As a coach, I thrive on seeing my client recognize and embrace new aspects of their life, and assist them in designing a strategy to achieve and maintain that redesigned life. Clients benefit from my work by having a confidential and educated coach who has worked in a variety of environments and who brings broad knowledge and expertise to the relationship. Through this process, the client will gain consciousness and clarity on their own strengths and how best to use them.I am able to call upon many tools in helping the client to further his goals. I have worked extensively with 360 degree feedback and find this extremely beneficial in a variety of situations. I use coaching to hold the client accountable and present with their challenges, and am open to creating an environment and situation that is uniquely beneficial, not canned or scripted.
