Cynthia Solie is the Managing Principal of Solie Consulting Group, Inc. Cynthia brings more than twenty years Human Resources experience to the company. She has held leadership positions in start ups as well as Fortune 500 companies in industries ranging from medical products, consulting, financial services and distribution. Cynthia has worked with clients across industries and experience levels to provide career transition tips, resume writing assistance, interview preparedness training and job search strategies.
Prior to founding Solie Consulting Group, Cynthia was the Director of Human Resources for APAC Teleservices, which was the 4th fastest growing company in the U.S. during her tenure. She was also the VP of Human Resources for a start up medical services company where she was responsible for building the HR foundation of the company. She began her career at Baxter Healthcare where she held a number of positions of increasing responsibility.
Cynthia is a member of SHRM, HRMAC and SMA. She holds a bachelors degree from Roosevelt University.
