the field of coaching
- Are highly experienced in diverse coaching skills
- Have excellent communication skills and are friendly and collaborative
- Are goal-oriented and have demonstrated success with making the most
out of an individual or corporation’s resources
- Have significant experience in working with individuals and/or corporations
for interviewing, placement, outplacement, and other career related needs
- Are trained to utilize career assessment tools and emotional intelligence
based instruments, and can clearly identify missing skills, areas of improvement,
and help develop new solutions
- Have worked with a range of career levels from entry, mid, to executive
levels
